President’s Message

The big news at Statewide Remodeling this month is the move and expansion of our corporate headquarters as we combine our Dallas production offices in to one new building, effective August 15. After more than 10 years at our location in Grand Prairie, we are now moving in to a new 41,000 square foot facility to better service our customers. By having all of our departments back under the same roof for the first time since 2004, our first goal was to give even better customer service and improve the customer experience. This also follows the move of our Austin facility to their new 16,000 square foot facility in February of this year.

Our new facility is on the northeast corner of the Hwy 114 and Hwy 121 intersection, just north of DFW Airport, and can be reached from either Hwy 114 or LBJ Freeway. This new facility has a 5,000 square foot showroom that will allow customers to not only see all of the products we distribute, but also to provide additional space for our bathroom and kitchen customers so they can visit our office and make their final selections on tile, counter tops, shower doors and hardware. Our 19,000 sq. ft. warehouse area will also allow us to stock more materials and help us expedite many of the jobs that would have had extended installation times due to our previous space limitations.

As the company enters our 18th year in business, none of this would have been possible without the more than 24,000 customers that have allowed us to improve their homes, and the over 130 people employed at Statewide Remodeling that make our business successful. This hard work has allowed the company to move from #26 in the top 500 companies in the country in 2009 to #19 in 2010 in the Qualified Remodeling rankings.
