• Clean out the space where we are applying the concrete coating. If you like you can pay us to do this part too.
• We repair minor damage to the concrete surface. Our team uses profile grinding and also fills in small cracks.
• We apply a basecoat of tinted primer in either sand tan or medium gray to provide that initial seal for the floor.
• A thick layer of vinyl chip flake in your chosen colors is broadcast over the still liquid basecoat. We use a lot to ensure complete coverage.
• The chip flake and basecoat are allowed to cure over the course of a few hours to provide a solid base for our topcoat.
• We come back in and scrape away loose chip flake, then flatten the remaining flake.
• A polyurea topcoat is applied over the chip flake and allowed to cure for a few more hours.
