I was in the market for new windows on my house. Our windows were old and wouldn’t even open. Plus, all the screens were missing. Luckily, I was stopped in Home Depot and agreed to a free estimate. When the statewide representative arrived I was greeted with a lot more than a free quote! He showed up on time with a positive attitude. His name was Brett Sanchez and he helped us identify our problem areas as well as suggest what we needed most. He gave us a very informative presentation on all the attributes of the window and how it would help us in our energy efficiency. As well as having windows that operate with screens! Brett was also able to advise us on updating our bathroom window, which used to have blinds covering the opening. Now, it’s a beautiful obscure rain glass window that lets in natural lighting. The installers were very professional and accommodating. Very thorough and even made sure all of our window openings were properly sealed. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality provided, the warranty given, and the overall value of my investment. I would happily recommend Statewide Remodeling to anyone and everyone!
I am pleased with the service that Statewide provided in the removal and replacement of my existing bathtubs. The workers were nice and punctual. They answered questions when asked. My family and I have truly enjoyed our new tubs.

He helped us understand the technology behind all of our options and presented them in a clear and concise manner. We will definitely return to Statewide for any other window or remodel projects.
We purchased a Kohler walk-in tub. The employees at Statewide did an excellent job installing the tub. All the workers were very professional and skilled. Edwin Sequeira was especially helpful and courteous. We give them a perfect "10" score.

Paid 15k to have a bathroom remodeled and now we have a leak. Called to schedule a repair and waited two weeks After making several calls to find out why they weren’t here between 8-10 AM I’m informed the person scheduled to make the repair was stuck in Dallas. We live in New Caney Texas. 245 miles from Dallas. What? They do good work though very slow to respond to repair needs. Service will sink this business if something doesn’t change soon.

Our home's front window replacements (our 4th project with Statewide) started Jan 11, 2020 and we finally saw completion on July 15, 2020. 11 windows. 4 crews. 5 attempts. Our sales rep is to be thanked for his timely interventions just when we felt a dead end was imminent. Our Field Supervisor was constantly positive and supportive. The President made sure we were to be made happy, whatever else had to be done. So, through it all, we got a beautiful and functional product that replaced some original buyer's remorse; though it shadowed a few memories of very difficult and frustrating times. This project also paralleled the Covid-19 event, and endured through a Statewide business re-structure. And though frustrated with the number of setbacks, all was ultimately accomplished to our desires. There was no deceit or manipulation. Rather, there was an expressed goal of making us happy; and that was accomplished. The important part of it all was our ultimate happiness with the final result. The windows are beautiful.
from get go.. just awful. Was Convinced to get shower walls one color and tub a different color. Shelves can't even stay up . The chewing gum used does not hold the shelves. Window in bathroom doesn't lock right and the plastic parts have broke. Tub had to be replaced after a year. Still squeaking when standing in shower. Made reports to customers service and they don't respond. Would have done a better job watching YouTube and attempting myself. Save your money.
