Our project manager, Zach, made this a great experience, even with some glitches and changes. We will use Statewide again and request Zach's assistance. He is an excellent project manager.
We had some issues with a bathroom remodel from a few years ago, and had a great response with the team that honored the warranty on the work. We called on Friday and someone was out to work on it the next Monday. The crew, headed by Jackie, and including Brett and Tony, were incredibly helpful, did the work with a high level of professionalism, and let me watch so I could pick up some tips. Their customer service makes Statewide the right choice.
I just had all the windows replaced over the spring and was doing the cleaning of the windows for the Fall when my ladder slipped and slid across one of the windows, in the front of the house , resulting in a nice BIG Crack in it's outer pane. I thru my ladder in angry disgust because this was totally my fault. Then I remembered the warranty :) Called StateFarm Service & Warranty Dept, gave them the laser etched number off the broken window and had a replacement in 6 weeks. The technicain that came out , and as with the installers when the initial replacement was done, he was respectful to me and the property. When the repair was completed , it was like it never happened. I recived a follow up call and letter after the repair and wanted to provide feedback. Give Statewide a call, you won't regret it, I haven't .
Very positive experience. Guys were very professional. Took a bit longer than I thought it would. Overall I would highly reccomend Statewide and Kolher. Together they are unbeatable!
due to weather and one piece of the window had to be brought out, out window installation took an extra day. We would have liked the caulking to be smoother and less noticeable on the exterior of the windows. The windows look like we expected and seem to be a lot nicer than what we had previously.

Excellent experience using Statewide Remodeling and peace of mind they will handle the project with no hassle for homeowner. We had two bathrooms tiled with subway tile. Carlos performed an excellent job making sure tile was laid correctly and evenly. Kevin, the Project Manager, did a fantastic job in communicating time estimates, when tiler and plumber will come on site, and managing the project in general. The plumber who first came to install one of the shower valves installed it incorrectly, when we informed Kevin, he immediately took action and sent plumber to correct mistake, to correct valve they had to make a hole on the other side of wall so the tile would not be removed. Kevin then sent dry wall person, Ismael, who did a wonderful job patching the wall. We didn't have to worry about getting this fixed. Statewide really listens to customer's expectations and they want to make sure jobs are done and completed to customer's satisfaction. Statewide also installed the windows for our house, and they offer a superb and super high quality product. The window installers also performed an excellent job, Christian and his team are very professional and know their trade. My husband and I are very picky and each of the contractors went far and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We do highly recommend Statewide because they use very high quality contractors. Thank you all for great work.
Did in a short amount of time and better than I expected. Enjoying the use of it and look forward to continue use. Adds to upkeep of my home. Don't know anything else to say.

I want to say I appreciate the service I received on my bath tub. Each time I have problem with my tub State Wide does superior service about fixing the issue and have professional employees who are willing to solve the problem.
