Hello, My wife and I contracted Statewide Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom about 4 or 5 years ago. As we talk today, we reminisce on the satisfaction of the quality work and customer service of Statewide. What impressed us more than the pricing of their workmanship, was the quality of their work and their after market service. 5 years later, my wife and I are still very pleased with this company, (Happy Wife – Happy Life). While the project was ongoing and during one of their self initiated quality assurance checks, they noticed where an aspect of the work was not to their level of satisfaction, even though my wife and I were unaware of the aspect. Statewide self identified the issue and then immediately went to work ensuring that all aspects of the job met with there level of perfection. In todays atmosphere of continuous negative reports from local media and social media outlets of inferior customer service and/or lack of quality workmanship from company’s; it is with great pleasure that I take the time to acknowledge Statewide Remodeling for their Superior Professionalism, Technical Expertise and their Workmanship. But even more, for their commitment to after market sales and service. Before anyone asks NO, I am not a Statewide Employee or Stockholder. NO, I was not solicited by anyone from Statewide to post this comment. I am a Retired Military Disabled Veteran and a normal everyday person just wanting his home to embody an upscale look of an expensive home on a government salary😊.
