The rest of our process is as follows:

• We’ll empty the garage, or you can save money by cleaning it out yourself.
• Our contractor will profile the concrete surface by filling cracks, treating oil spots, and grinding away the top layer.
• We’ll apply the pigmented Primer/Basecoat in either medium gray or sand tan, depending on your color choices.
• Our contractor will apply a thick layer of vinyl flake to ensure 100% coverage of the floor surface.
• We’ll allow this layer to cure briefly before continuing work.
• After the initial cure, our contractor will scrap the flake and flatten it down.
• Our contractor will apply a topcoat of polyurea to create a perfect seal over the chip flake.
