Official Rules

Statewide Remodeling Inc. will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period begins on April 1. 2017 and ends on November 1. 2017. The grand prize winner will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. Statewide Remodeling Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate this sweepstakes without notice at any time. The winner will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded.

The grand prize winner will receive Statewide Remodeling Inc. replacement windows and/or doors, professionally installed with a retail value of $10,000.00. Prize is not transferable. The prize must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by Statewide Remodeling Inc.' personnel or designee. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winner. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, if a winner has already purchased goods or services from Statewide Remodeling Inc., the winner may choose (i) a full refund (not to exceed the retail value of $10,000 or the equivalent of their purchase, whichever is less) plus a bonus of $1,000 or (ii) $2,000 off a Statewide Remodeling Inc. custom-made Entry Door System.

No purchase is necessary to participate in this sweepstakes. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. A sales presentation is requested but not required for entry into this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. By entering the Statewide Remodeling Inc. Window Sweepstakes, the contestant hereby understands that we will provide a Statewide Remodeling Inc. product and/or service information by phone, mail or email.

Entrants may enter this sweepstakes by completing the entry form and returning it to the drop box where the entrant obtained it, or by mailing it back to Statewide Remodeling Inc. at PO Box 2287 Grapevine, Texas 76099 or online at /. Alternatively, an entrant may print his/her name and his/her complete address on a 3" x 5" card, write the words " Statewide Remodeling Inc.' SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY REQUEST" at the top, and mail the card to Statewide Remodeling Works Inc. at PO Box 2287 Grapevine, Texas 76099. Mailed entries must be postmarked by November 1, 2017. No more than one entry per household is allowed. Statewide Remodeling Inc. is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as a winner.

Sweepstakes entrants must (i) be legal residents of the United States; (ii) be 18 years of age or older, (iii) own their own home, which home is in a suitable condition (as determined by Statewide Remodeling Inc. or its designees) for installation of the prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulations), and (iv) reside in one of the following Texas counties: Dallas,Tarrant,Collin,Denton,Wise,Parker,Johnson,Ellis, Kaufman and Hunt county. Employees, officers and directors of Statewide Remodeling Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. The prize winner’s house must be in suitable condition for installation (e.g., no water, mold, structural damage, etc.). Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by Statewide Remodeling Inc. or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at owner's expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting or staining. No transfers, substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Statewide Remodeling Inc., who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Cash value of the prize is deemed to be $10,000.00.

Upon installation of prize, Statewide Remodeling Inc. will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following the award of the prize and installation must occur and be completed within twelve months of notification.

The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence as well as have met all the eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for Statewide Remodeling Inc. and its affiliates to use recipients name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Statewide Remodeling Inc. in these Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Statewide Remodeling Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled. For winner's list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days following a prize period to Statewide Remodeling Inc. at PO Box 2287 Grapevine, Texas 76099 including a request for the winner's names. To stop the mailing of future sweepstakes-related materials from Statewide Remodeling Inc., send a request to Statewide Remodeling Inc. at PO Box 2287 Grapevine, Texas 76099.

By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Statewide Remodeling Inc., its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in this sweepstakes in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize. Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. This sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning).

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Statewide Remodeling Inc. and governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Tarrant County, Texas.
